1)Shipping Policy for Thread Wrap Original Products

Processing Times: Orders for Thread Wrap Fashions products are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times: Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery times within Sweden are typically:2-4 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring reliable delivery.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date. 2)Shipping Information for Drop Products

At Thread Wrap Fashions, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver quality products to your door. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 13-16 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes: Order processing and quality checks, Packaging and preparation for shipment, Transit time to your delivery address. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods: We ship products through our fulfillment partner Trendsi, who uses reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your address.

Damage Claims: If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 7 days of delivery. To file a damage claim: Contact us immediately at info@threadwrap.com with your order number, Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, Keep all original packaging materials. Claims reported after 7 days cannot be processed. We will work with you to resolve any damage issues as quickly as possible.
